Thank you for your interest in our MVP Club. As a valued MVP Club Member, you will have access to several perks and benefits not available to the public.
We would like things to go as smooth as possible, so please take a moment to read the entire page before you register. Please note that you must be 18 years and older to sign up to become an MVP.
In order to protect your privacy, we have provided an opt-out option so that you will not receive ESPN Zone email updates if you check the box on the register page (see below). At any time you may revisit this page if you wish to no longer receive e-mail updates from ESPN Zone.
Within the next two weeks you will receive a welcome letter and your MVP Club Card via US Mail. For security purposes, please bring this MVP Club Card and valid photo identification to your nearest ESPN Zone for activation. The name on your photo id must match the name you signed up with. You cannot have a friend or family member activate the card for you.
If you do not receive your welcome letter within two weeks, please contact us at comments@espnzone.com. Allow one week for investigation and reply to your email.
Guests can only activate one MVP Club Card and should only register once for the program using one email address. Multiple email accounts for one guest will not be honored. If multiple accounts for the same person are found, the accounts will be deleted. The database is set up to frequently check for duplicate accounts.
Within the next 48 hours, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that allows you access to your perks from espn.com. If you do not receive your confirmation e-mail within 48 hours, please contact us at comments@espnzone.com. Allow one week for investigation and reply to your email.
40 complimentary game points for the Sports Arena
When you activate your MVP Club Card, you will receive 40 complimentary game points. Please bring this MVP Club Card with you when you visit an ESPN Zone. As a MVP Club member, every time you recharge your MVP Club Card, you will receive 25% additional bonus game play points. Bonus points are not available on other card amounts. The 25% bonus game play points cannot be used with any other offers, discounts or coupons.

This MVP Club Card is only good in the Sports Arena and does not allow you to receive discounts on food, beverages and retail. If you lose your MVP Club Card, please send an email to comments@espnzone.com. Be sure to include your name, email address and phone number. We will deactivate your old MVP Club Card and send you a new one. Please note your MVP Club Card cannot be replaced at the ESPN Zone locations.

When you sign up for these perks, you will need to register at the ESPN.com website. They will ask for your credit card information for address verification but will not begin to charge you for the membership until after the free trial is over. If, at any time, you'd like to cancel, simply contact them.
Frequently asked questions
What if I do not receive my confirmation letter?
If you did not receive your confirmation letter which will give you access to your perks from espn.com within two weeks of signing up, contact us via e-mail at comments@espnzone.com. Please do not sign up again under another email account as guests that sign up twice will automatically be deleted. Please allow us at least one week to investigate and reply to your email or phone call.
Why must my name on my MVP Club Card match my photo identification?
In order to be sure we are activating your MVP Club Card, the names on the MVP Account and photo id must match. This ensures that we are not activating your MVP Club Card for a guest with a similar name. Your nickname might be another guest's real name. Please help us by registering under the same name.
Can my family member activate my MVP Club Game Card for me?
Unfortunately, a family member cannot activate your MVP Club Card. We need to prove that you are the MVP and can only do that in person.
Can I use the game card at any location?
Yes, the card can be used at any of our eight sites. The ESPN Club in Orlando, Florida is not one of our eight locations.
